RimTrims wants you to have confidence in your order. That includes understanding our shipping polices. Before you order, please take a minute to review so you know what to expect.<\/p>\n

Do you have a minimum order?<\/strong>
\nThere is no minimum order amount when you shop with us. Most of our products are low priced, and our carrier can handle small orders.<\/p>\n

How much is shipping?<\/strong>
\nMost orders qualify for free shipping. However, for orders under $100, we charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders. Priority shipping is $10. Returns<\/a> are covered under the flat rate shipping, which is $10 on all orders.<\/p>\n

What shipping methods do you offer?<\/strong>
\nEssentially, any service offered by USPS, our carrier, is available to you.<\/p>\n

Do you offer rush shipping?<\/strong>
\nYes \u2013 we offer expedited shipping for $10.00, with a 3-6 day delivery time.<\/p>\n

How long does it take to process and ship my order?<\/strong>
\nAs soon as your order is placed, we work quickly to get it out of our warehouse. In most cases, your order will be on the way within a business day.<\/p>\n

How long does shipping take?<\/strong>
\nMost orders arrive in 5-10 days.<\/p>\n

Will you provide tracking information?<\/strong>
\nOnce your order has shipped, we will send you an email indicating that your order is on the way. Tracking information is not provided, however, unless you purchase expedited shipping.<\/p>\n

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?<\/strong>
\nYour credit card\/debit card will be charged when the order is placed.<\/p>\n

If I ordered a product that\u2019s out of stock, when will it ship?<\/strong>
\nRimTrims stocks all of our products in high quantities. In the very unlikely event that we are out of stock, a notification will appear on our site and\/or we will notify you if the order is already placed.<\/p>\n

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?<\/strong>
\nSingle orders are shipped to one address only. If you need to ship to different locations, you must create a new order for each location. This is due to our carrier and how we process orders.<\/p>\n

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?<\/strong>
\nFor shipping quotes to Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before placing your order.<\/p>\n

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs\/FPOs?<\/strong>
\nContact us for shipping to PO boxes, APOs\/FPOs before ordering.<\/p>\n

Do you ship internationally?<\/strong>
\nYes we do.<\/p>\n

Do you ship hazardous items?<\/strong>
\nWe do not carry hazardous items, but if we ever added them, they cannot be shipped.<\/p>\n

Do you ship oversized parts?<\/strong>
\nOur catalog does not include oversized parts. If any should be added, we will work with our carriers for new shipping options for those.<\/p>\n

What happens if you ship the wrong product?<\/strong>
\nIf you receive the wrong product, contact us<\/a> right away.<\/p>\n

What happens if the product is damaged during shipping?<\/strong>
\nShould the order be damaged during shipping, you must reject it. If it\u2019s delivered without a chance to do so, contact the carrier. You must file a carrier claim. Once they agree to cover the claim, we will ship out a new order right away.<\/p>\n

How can I be sure you\u2019re shipping me products that will fit my vehicle? What happens if the product doesn\u2019t fit my vehicle?<\/strong>
\nIf you have any questions about dimensions to confirm fitment, contact us before ordering.<\/p>\n

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?<\/strong>
\nIf your address changes before your order is shipped, contact us. We\u2019ll see what we can do to get it changed. If it\u2019s already shipped, most carriers will allow the shipper (us) to change the delivery address.<\/p>\n

What if I never receive an order?<\/strong>
\nIf you never receive an order, please contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What happens if I refuse the shipment?<\/strong>
\nIf you refuse to accept an order for any reason, it will be returned to us. We will then inspect for damage and process as a return if needed.<\/p>\n
