Shipping Policy

RimTrims wants you to have confidence in your order. That includes understanding our shipping polices. Before you order, please take a minute to review so you know what to expect.

Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order amount when you shop with us. Most of our products are low priced, and our carrier can handle small orders.

How much is shipping?
Most orders qualify for free shipping. However, for orders under $100, we charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders. Priority shipping is $10. Returns are covered under the flat rate shipping, which is $10 on all orders.

What shipping methods do you offer?
Essentially, any service offered by USPS, our carrier, is available to you.

Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes – we offer expedited shipping for $10.00, with a 3-6 day delivery time.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
As soon as your order is placed, we work quickly to get it out of our warehouse. In most cases, your order will be on the way within a business day.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 5-10 days.

Will you provide tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email indicating that your order is on the way. Tracking information is not provided, however, unless you purchase expedited shipping.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
Your credit card/debit card will be charged when the order is placed.

If I ordered a product that’s out of stock, when will it ship?
RimTrims stocks all of our products in high quantities. In the very unlikely event that we are out of stock, a notification will appear on our site and/or we will notify you if the order is already placed.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
Single orders are shipped to one address only. If you need to ship to different locations, you must create a new order for each location. This is due to our carrier and how we process orders.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
For shipping quotes to Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before placing your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?
Contact us for shipping to PO boxes, APOs/FPOs before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.

Do you ship hazardous items?
We do not carry hazardous items, but if we ever added them, they cannot be shipped.

Do you ship oversized parts?
Our catalog does not include oversized parts. If any should be added, we will work with our carriers for new shipping options for those.

What happens if you ship the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, contact us right away.

What happens if the product is damaged during shipping?
Should the order be damaged during shipping, you must reject it. If it’s delivered without a chance to do so, contact the carrier. You must file a carrier claim. Once they agree to cover the claim, we will ship out a new order right away.

How can I be sure you’re shipping me products that will fit my vehicle? What happens if the product doesn’t fit my vehicle?
If you have any questions about dimensions to confirm fitment, contact us before ordering.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
If your address changes before your order is shipped, contact us. We’ll see what we can do to get it changed. If it’s already shipped, most carriers will allow the shipper (us) to change the delivery address.

What if I never receive an order?
If you never receive an order, please contact us.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?
If you refuse to accept an order for any reason, it will be returned to us. We will then inspect for damage and process as a return if needed.

  • Great product and customer service! I installed these on my Tesla w standard wheels. I hit a curb and they saved my wheels. I contacted customer service and they guided me through the replacement process. A must have for your Tesla wheels.

  • Best product on the market for Tesla. We are a mobile rim repair based out of AZ and this is the best product we have got our hands on. The Tesla had some rashes, we installed the red protectors and it came phenomenal and covered all the damage! The Tesla owner was very stunned by the new look! Super easy instructions make it easy for anyone to install. Also comes with a seam cover that is easy to install to cover where the ends meet. Very satisfied and will be buying more!

  • Must buy for Tesla rims. This is my second set of these. The first set saved my rim when I hit a curb on a right turn going at low speed... but while I was waiting for my second set I hit another curb in a parking lot same rim : / Good news is once I got my new set, after install you can't even tell there's any damage. These are a must have for Tesla rims. Easy install looks great and protects your Tesla rims, which stick out and turn tire rubs into rim rash. Can be used with or without aero covers also.

  • Great product, extremely happy. This is a great product, very easy to install, hides and protects against curb rash, while giving the vehicle a nice touch, this new product is even better than the original which was already good, but this material is more flexible, making install easier, and the snap covers don't require any messy glue, also the red color really pops more and the customer service is exceptional.

  • Best Rim protection hands down! Amazing product by RimTrims. The Corvette looks spectacular with the red protectors and we get a ton of compliments. I love the 3/8 width, provides wider coverage for the machined lip and also covers more area of the rim. The seam to cover the ends was very easy to install. The instructions were simple to follow. Totally recommend! Will be telling my friends and buying another pair for my wife's Mercedes.
